    Hi Bob,

    This is the same thing with me. So I sent requests three times and they kept telling me to check all my settings. Yet I was a member about 6-12 months ago and had no problems. I haven't changed any of my settings. Has anybody answered you? please let me know.

    Hi Bob,

    I finally found my code in my spam file which I didn't know existed. This is only for gmail though. with mail open you go  to the left side and scroll down the Label list to the bottom and then click "More". Then scroll down until you see spam folder. click and open and there should be your code in an email that says Secure Login. Good Luck, I hope you have gmail. Otherwise if you are using another email, you can google search "How to open my spam email".

    Did you read my return comment to Bob above? I explain how to find your email if you have Google Chrome. It is in the spam folder which I tell how to find above.

    Same problem,
    My mail box is webmail.free.fr, I can received all the mails but the one with the code :/
    And there's nothing in my spams.

    So I can't login and nobody does answer to me!!

    This is very annoying, does anyone have a solution?

    Same issue here, can't login due to not receiving any code. Checked spam filters and everything.  Got ticket open but no response in 2 days...
